Conference days
- Wednesday 19th March 2025, at 08.00 – 17.00
With Evening Event Dinner from 18.00 – 21.00 (The dinner is incl. in the registration price).
- Thursday 20th March 2025, at 08.00 – 17.00

DKK 32.400,- Price are ex. VAT.

It is also possible to purchase access for additional colleagues.
Venue location & parking
The conference is held at Marienlyst Strandhotel,
Adresse location: Nordre Strandvej 2A, 3000 Helsingør.
Marienlyst Strandhotel is located right on the beach and with the forest “in the backyard”. Marienlyst is completely unique with the views over Øresund and to Kronborg Castle.
From the Venue there are approx. 65 kilometers to Copenhagen Airport and 55 kilometers to Copenhagen Center and can accessible by train or a cap.
Joining by car?
Parking is available at the Venue location.
Should there be no vacancies directly in front of the hotel, we refer you to the parking lot at the Tennis hall, which is found 300 meters after the hotel on the right side of Strandvejen. The address is: Nordre Strandvej 14, 3000 Helsingør.
Setup & removal of equipment
- Setup time: (Conference entrance – Drog & loading area)
18th March 2025, at 18:00-22:00
- Removal: (Conference entrance – Drop & loading area)
20th March 2025, at 17:00 *
* Please note, removal is not allowed before the conference program has ended.
All removal of material that are left behind will be charged.
Exhibitor goods are not to be delivered until the time stated above, unless you have a special arrangement with DotBlue or the team from Marienlyst Strandhotel.

Please note, there are no separating walls, due to the exhibition area being an open area.

As exhibitor, you can request for the FS Conference logo to be used for marketing of the conference.

Responsibility
Exhibitors are sole responsible for the damage they may cause during setup, removal and during the conference.
DotBlue are NOT responsible for these damages, theft etc. why we recommend that your insurance also include transportation and exhibition.

About DotBlue
As the organizer of this event, we want to put an end to the often lack of understanding or lack of safety standards within the machine and process industry.
Low prioritization, lack of proposed solutions or difficulties in understanding procedures and the authorities’ requirements. In addition, some companies operate with overqualified security solutions that require unnecessary and expensive maintenance. Due to missing or non-existent safety standards / procedures, accidents can occur, accidents that could easily have been prevented.
Bringing together experts from leading companies enables us to highlight the topics that present the greatest challenges to end users. In collaboration with experts and authorities, we will answer questions and contribute tools for solutions that the participants can bring home to their companies.
